Mary Ann Gardner
 

Mary Ann Gardner was born to Italian parents in Northern California.  She obtained degrees in both Literature and Art history.  She and her husband have traveled extensively in Italy and other Mediterranean countries. The colors, culture, and history of the region have tremendously influenced her art.

In 1973 when her son was born, she started painting and studying the styles of the great masters.   She has experimented with a variety of techniques, media and genres to produce beautiful works of art. Today, she has installations in churches, hotels, restaurants, and many beautiful private homes.

She lives with her husband in Southern California where she enjoys hiking, gardening , and cooking for friends and family.
